Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Only new, unused items are eligible (not second-hand).

Return Shipping Cost

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (whether free shipping was applied or not).

Return Address

  • Please do not return the product directly without contacting us first.

  • You must contact our customer service at support@kidisoii.com before sending your return.

  • The return mailing address will be provided to you via email after your request is approved.

Return & Refund Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

  • Email us at support@kidisoii.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Prepare and Ship the Return

  • After confirmation from our support team, carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the return address provided by email.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Step 3 – Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item(s) within 48 hours and notify you whether your refund is approved.

Refund Process & Timeframe

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company for the refund to appear.

  • If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@kidisoii.com.

Refund Amount

  • Refunds will cover the product price only.

  • Shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
