Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Only new, unused items are eligible (not second-hand).
Return Shipping Cost
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (whether free shipping was applied or not).
Return Address
Please do not return the product directly without contacting us first.
You must contact our customer service at support@kidisoii.com before sending your return.
The return mailing address will be provided to you via email after your request is approved.
Return & Refund Process
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at support@kidisoii.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 – Prepare and Ship the Return
After confirmation from our support team, carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the return address provided by email.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Step 3 – Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item(s) within 48 hours and notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refund Process & Timeframe
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card company for the refund to appear.

Refund Amount
Refunds will cover the product price only.
Shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
