Instructions :

Step 1: Take one of the long plates and slide the long screws into the holes as I did in the pic.

Step 2: Slide one support tube over each screw as pictured.

Step 3: Slide the second long plate over the screws along with the 4 remaining support tubes.

Step 4. Flip over onto bottom plate and using your Phillip's head screwdriver secure the screws.

Step 5: Do the same procedure for the small plate.
